These terms apply to your use of AnazlaLM, the lead management software available at leadmanagement.anazla.com (the "Service"). AnazlaLM is a product of OphthaVue Innovative Solutions, also known as OphthaVue Labs, Bengaluru, India ("we", "us"). By creating an account or paying for a plan, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

AnazlaLM is online software that helps a business capture leads, assign them to team members, schedule follow-ups and track which leads became customers. It is delivered over the internet. There is no physical product.

2. Your account

• You must give accurate details when you sign up and keep your password safe.
• The person who creates a business workspace is its owner and is responsible for the people they invite and for everything done in that workspace.
• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract on behalf of your business.

3. Plans and prices

• All prices are in Indian Rupees and exclude 18% GST, which is added at checkout.
• First month offer: new businesses choosing a monthly plan pay ₹99 + GST for the first 30 days. After that, the regular monthly price applies. Yearly plans are charged in full at the start.
• We may change prices in future. We will tell you at least 7 days before a change applies to your plan, and the new price applies from your next billing period.

4. Payments and AutoPay

• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card or bank details.
• When you subscribe, you set up an AutoPay mandate (UPI AutoPay, card or e-mandate). Your plan then renews automatically and the plan price plus GST is charged at the start of each billing period until you cancel.
• If a renewal payment fails, Razorpay may retry it. Your access continues for a short grace period. If payment still fails, the workspace becomes read-only until you renew. Your data is kept.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel anytime. Payments are not refundable. Full details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for anything unlawful, including storing data you have no right to hold or sending spam;
• try to access another business's data, break security, or overload the Service;
• copy, resell or reverse-engineer the Service.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

7. Your data

The leads and other information you add belong to you. You can export them to Excel at any time. You are responsible for having permission to store and contact the people in your leads list. How we handle data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

8. Availability

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we cannot promise it will be free of interruptions or errors. We may update or improve features over time.

9. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, lost business or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

10. Ending your use

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or stays unpaid. Before deleting a closed account's data, we will give the owner reasonable notice to export it.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will notify account owners by email or in the app.
