AnazlaLM is online software (Software as a Service). There are no physical goods and nothing is shipped.

Delivery

• Access is delivered online, immediately after your payment succeeds. You can start using the app at leadmanagement.anazla.com/app from any phone or computer.
• Your payment receipt is sent by Razorpay to the email or phone number you used to pay. Your plan and payment history are shown in the app under Settings → Plan.
• Team members you invite receive their sign-in link by email.

If access doesn't start

If you paid but your account still shows as unpaid after a few minutes, refresh the app. If that doesn't fix it, contact info@anazla.com or WhatsApp +91 91132 54436 with your payment ID and we will activate your account.
