This policy explains what information AnazlaLM collects, why, and how it is protected. AnazlaLM is a product of OphthaVue Innovative Solutions (OphthaVue Labs), Bengaluru, India.

1. Information we collect

  • Account details: your name, email address, phone number, business name and business type.
  • Data you add: the leads, notes, follow-ups and team member details you enter or import. You control this data.
  • Payment details: payment status, amounts and Razorpay reference numbers. Card, UPI and bank details are handled by Razorpay. We never receive or store them.
  • Usage and device details: basic technical information such as browser type and log data, used to keep the Service secure and working.
  • Marketing source: if you arrive from an ad, we save which campaign brought you (for example, UTM tags) with your account so we know which ads work.

2. How we use it

  • To provide the Service, including logging in, storing your leads and showing your team their work.
  • To process payments and send receipts and billing notices.
  • To provide support and respond to your messages.
  • To improve the Service and measure our marketing.
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting requirements.

We do not sell your data or your leads to anyone, and we do not contact your leads.

3. Who processes data for us

We use trusted providers to run the Service:

  • Supabase: database, login and server hosting.
  • Cloudflare: website hosting and security.
  • Razorpay: payments and AutoPay.
  • Meta (Facebook): ad measurement, only on our public website.

Each provider handles data only as needed to provide its service and follows its own security and privacy standards. Some of these providers may store data on servers outside India.

4. Cookies and local storage

We use your browser's storage to keep you logged in, remember simple settings and record which ad brought you to our website. The Meta Pixel on our public website may set cookies for ad measurement. You can clear these through your browser settings.

5. Security

Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Each business's data is kept separate from every other business's at the database level. Within a business, access depends on role: salespeople see only their own leads. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

6. How long we keep data

We keep your data while your account is active. If your account is closed, we may delete its data after giving the owner reasonable notice to export it. Payment records are kept as long as tax law requires.

7. Your rights

You can view and update most of your information in the app and export your leads at any time. To ask for a copy, a correction or deletion of your personal data, contact us. We will respond within a reasonable time, in line with Indian data protection law.

8. Grievance officer

For privacy concerns or complaints, write to our grievance officer at info@anazla.com with the subject "Privacy". We aim to acknowledge your message within 48 hours.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
